Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Recruitment 2022: Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has invited online applications in the prescribed form from Indian Nationals for the selection of Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for Various Posts and Categories.

The online application process will commence from 07.07.2022 till 21.07.2022. The selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 3000- 8050 and the age limit is as prescribed for the posts accordingly (Mentioned below). Education Qualifications:

For Group ‘A’: Electrician/ Fitter/ Structural Fitter

1. The candidate should have Passed SSC in with General Science & Mathematics, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC/ EWS / DIVYANG/ AFC and should have Pass Class for SC/ST Only.
2. In case of passing criteria is best of 5 subjects taken,
3. General Science & Mathematics Should be Part of the Qualifying Board Curriculum & Candidate should have passed, Otherwise, the Application will be rejected.
4. Though the qualifying criteria are SSC, the candidates with Higher qualifications may also apply. However, eligibility will be based on SSC marks qualification only.

     Pipe Fitter

The candidate should have Passed SSC, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC /EWS / DIVYANG/ AFC and should have Passed Class for SC/ST Only.

For Group ‘B’: Structural Fitter (Ex. ITI Fitter)/ Electrician/ ICTSM/ Electronic Mechanic/ Pipe Fitter/ Welder/ Computer Operator & Programming Assistant/ Carpenter

1. The candidate must have qualified ITI in Fitter / Electrician /ICTSM / Electronic Mechanic/ Plumber / Welder/ Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Carpenter trades from Govt./ Govt recognized Institute.
2. Securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS / DIVYANG / AFC
3. Only Pass Class for SC/ST. Applicants undergoing their course under the semester system are required to pass backlog papers of previous semesters if any & they should be duly certified by the Head of the institute.

For Group ‘C’: Rigger/ Welder (Gas & Electric)

8th Std. under (10 + 2) system Passed with Science & Mathematics, securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS / DIVYANG / AFC and for SC/ST he/she should have cleared the class only.

The applicants from General (UR), OBC, EWS & AFC Categories are required to pay Rs. 100 as application fees to apply for the posts.
