Ministry of Culture Recruitment 2022: Ministry of Culture invites applications from willing and qualified individuals for the appointment of two contract consultants in the Ministry’s Festival of India Cell. retired from the post of Under Secretary or Deputy Secretary or equivalent for a period of one year, which may be extended or curtailed based on the Consultant’s requirements and satisfactory performance. 1. Persons retired from the post of Under Secretary or Deputy Secretary or equivalent are eligible for the position of Consultant.

3. Should have expertise in-office procedures, etc.
Below the age of 62 years of age retired from the post of Under Secretary or Deputy Secretary or equivalent.
The engagement of the Consultant will be purely on a contract basis and will not confer any right for regular appointment in the Ministry.
1. To ensure effective & efficient supervision of the Festival of India Cell of the Ministry for better coordination with various organizations of this Ministry, other Ministries and Departments, Indian High Commissions/ Embassies, etc. To initiate the outline/framework of the Festival of India abroad before the first preparatory meeting for conducting FoI.
2. To prepare proposals for deciding the events, performances, venues, period etc. of the Festival of India abroad in consultation with the Missions and various organizations/sections of the Ministry of Culture.
