NIAEM Recruitment 2022: National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (NIAEM) is hiring candidates for the Consultant post. There is only one vacancy. Initially for one year, extendable further based on performance. The workplace will be in Hyderabad. The age limit to apply is between 28 years to 40 years.
The monthly salary will be Rs. 42000. Candidates willing to apply may submit their application through the google form which can be available on the official website before 18- 11-2022 by 5.00 pm. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (online) on 23.11.2022.
Essential: M.Sc. (Agril. Extension)/ M.Sc. (Agril. Economics)/ M.Sc. (Agri. Business Management)/ Agri. Marketing
Desirable: Ph.D. (Agril. Extn)/ Agril Economic/ Agril. Business Management/ Agri. Marketing
1. Working experience in AC&ABC, DAESI, STRY or other Central sponsored schemes.
2. Good in Database management.
3. Proficient in computer skills and statistical analysis.
4. Ability to coordinate with multiple institutions and resource persons.
5. Good oral and written communication skills to handle sessions on program orientation and report compilation.
6. Ability to work in a team & traveling

1. Identification of Nodal Training Institutes (NTIs)
2. Coordination with training facilitators and coordinators of NTIs
3. Attend screening committee meetings for the selection of candidates.
4. Monitor the Training content Quality and Methodology
5. Ensure submission of projects to banks by trainees and liaison with bankers
6. Monitor and review the handholding efforts of training institutes
7. Obtain utilization certificate from training institutes
8. Document innovative approaches of training institutes
9. Documentation of success stories of Agripreneurs and agri-input dealer
10. Updating information on pending and sanctioned Projects
11. Liaison with banks, State Governments and Agri-business companies
12. Publication of e-bulletins, posters and newsletters.
13. Conduct field studies / Refresher Training Programmes and data collections.
14. Participation/organization of bankers’ sensitization Programmes
15. Any other activities assigned by the Centre Head (CAEP), MANAGE.
