IREL Recruitment 2022: IREL (India) Limited has released the notification regarding hiring candidates for the Director(Technical) post. According to the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2022, Interested candidates can visit the official website to apply for the post.

IREL (India) Limited was incorporated on 18th August 1950 under the Indian Companies Act, 1913 as a joint venture with the then Government of Travancore, Cochin and in 1963, IREL (India) Limited became a full-fledged Central Public Sector Undertaking. According to the official notification of IREL Recruitment 2022, the last time/date of receipt of a complete application duly forwarded to PESB is by 15.00 hours on 06-02-2023. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated time/date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the stipulated time/date shall be REJECTED. Board reserves the right to shortlist applicants for interview. The last date to apply is 06.02.2023.

Qualification Required for IREL Recruitment 2022

According to the official notification released by the IREL Recruitment 2022, the applicant should be an engineering graduate preferably in Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Mining Engineering with a good academic record from a recognized university/Institution. The applicants with MBA/PGDM/ Ph. D with a proven track record in Rare Earth technology will have added advantage.

Experience Required for IREL Recruitment 2022

According to the official notification released by the IREL Recruitment 2022, the applicant should have adequate technical/ operational experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least 5 years during the last 10 years should have been in the field of Mining/ Rare Earth Industry or dealing with Chemical Production/projects.

Employment Status Required for IREL Recruitment 2022

According to the official notification released by the IREL Recruitment 2022, the applicant must, on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, be employed in a regular capacity – and not in a contractual/ad-hoc capacity – in one of the followings:-

Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a full-time functional Director in the Board of a CPSE);

Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;

State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the annual turnover is *Rs 1000 crore or more;

Private Sector in a company where the annual turnover is *Rs 1000 crore or more. Preference would be given to candidates from listed companies.

The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as of the date of the vacancy.

(b)

(i)Applicants from Central Government / All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Director in the Government of India or carrying an equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.

(ii)Applicants from the Armed forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Brigadier in the Army or equivalent rank in the Navy/Air Force on the date of application.

(iii) Applicants from State Public Sector Enterprises/ Private Sector should be working at Board level position or at least a post of the level immediately below the Board level on the date of application.

Duration of Appointment for IREL Recruitment 2022

According to the official notification released by the IREL Recruitment 2022, the appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

How to Apply for IREL Recruitment 2022

Applicants should submit their applications online only as per the format.

The applicants should submit their applications through the proper channel as follows:

(a) Government Officers, including those of the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services: through Cadre Controlling authority.

(b) CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in CPSE: through the concerned Administrative Ministry.

(c) Below Board level in CPSE: through the concerned CPSE.

(d) CMDs/MDs/Functional Directors in State PSE: through the State Government’s concerned Administrative Secretary and Cadre Controlling Authority, if any.

(e) Below Board level in SPSE: through the concerned SPSE.

(f) Private Sector: directly to the PESB.

Applicants from Private Sector must submit the following documents along with the application form:

(a) Annual Reports of the Company for the last 3 years preceding the calendar year in which the

(c) Evidence of working at the Board level or at least a post of the level immediately below the Board level.
