BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is a Navaratna Company and a premier Indian Public Limited Company in Professional Electronics with a portfolio of over 350 different products in the areas of Military Radars, Naval Systems, ElectroOptics, Weapon & Fire Control Communication, Homeland Security, Strategic Communication & Unmanned System, Electronic Warfare, Tank Electronics, and Electro-Optics.
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring eligible candidates for Trainee Engineer – I and Project Engineer – I. As per the official, there are only 260 vacancies for these posts. The number of posts indicated above may vary based on the actual requirement at the time of selection. Application data incomplete, not in the prescribed format, without the required enclosures, will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of eligibility criteria and selection modalities before application submission. Candidates may be posted anywhere in India at any point in time
Candidates seeking age relaxation will be required to attach a copy of the necessary certificate along with the application and submit it in original in case of selection or provide it at any subsequent stage of the process for verification. The EWS/Caste/Disability Certificate should be strictly in the format available on the BEL website failing which, candidates will be considered under the General category, provided they are otherwise meeting all other criteria stipulated for General Candidates. The application of the candidates not meeting the prescribed age criteria will be rejected/canceled without any prior intimation. Candidates belonging to the OBC category (Non-creamy layer) should produce the certificate issued on or after 01.04.2021. Candidates belonging to the EWS category must produce valid Income & Asset Certificates. The last date for submission of the application is 14th December 2022.

1. Trainee Engineer – I (Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Civil, Electrical)
B.E/B.Tech/B.SC (4-year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institutio n/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
2. Project Engineer – I (Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Civil, Electrical)
B.E/B.Tech/B.sc (4-year course) Engineering degree in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institutio n/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Below 55% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
1. Trainee Engineer – I
Candidate should possess a minimum of One Year of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
2. Project Engineer – I
Candidate should possess a minimum of Two years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

The upper age limit for this recruitment is 28 years.
2. Project Engineer – I
The upper age limit for this recruitment is 32 years.
Candidate possessing relevant post-qualification Industrial experience only needs to apply.
Academy/Teaching/Research work, experience in a non-profit organization, and internship/project work placements are part of the academic curriculum and will not be considered as experience. Work experience prior to completion of B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) will not qualify as relevant Post Qualification Experience.
Candidate should possess experience certificates/documents issued by the previous and present employer clearly indicating the period of employment and post held.
The decision of the Selection Committee with respect to industrial experience will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents will not be considered and is liable to be rejected/canceled without any prior intimation.

Tentative postings sites are Jammu & Kashmir, Leh, Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai, Port-Blair, North-East States, Kolkata, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, or any other location across India. In the event of selection, candidates must be willing to work in any location as decided by BEL.

Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to a maximum of three years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual‟s performance.
