Meesho is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – S&O, Financial Services at their Bangalore location. In this role, you’ll get a chance to build a new business from scratch. Right from defining strategy to liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders for actioning the strategy, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new financial services for end customers.

What will you be doing:

Problem Solving: Hey, we are building this for the first time. And as we go about it, we will encounter multiple problems to be solved to create a truly differentiated offering for our consumers. You will own some of these major roadblocks on our path to success.

Project Management: Razor sharp focus and well-planned execution is the key factor needed to make a strategy successful. You will be expected to drive and manage multiple work streams simultaneously and prioritize them effectively

Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be expected to develop effective relationships and steer team meetings to drive results

Executive communication: While you will be working closely with team Director, you will also often be writing documents for and presenting to CXO- Monetization

Qualifications for this Job:

2-5 years of work experience

1-2 years of early-age startup or consulting firms

Experience in fintech firms will be an added advantage

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
