Overview:

Pepsico is hiring an experienced Executive Finance at their Gurugram location. You will set invoices up for payment and ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely and coordinate with inventory team and other team members/ vendors for getting approval for transactions.

What will you be doing:

To ensure that payments are suggested for approval for timely payments to Vendors as per agreed Credit period.

Reconcile Vendor/ Bank Account on periodic basis.

To assist the managers as per requirements of the team

PO & Invoice Processing.

PR & Vendor Setup.

Qualifications for this Job:

Under graduate accounting or finance degree preferred (CMA,CA-Inter).

2-4 years of financial work experience

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes

Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests

Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn SAP CRM/BW software applications

Aptitude to work with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance

Ability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities

Ability to function well in a team environment

Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience

Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
