JLL is hiring an experienced Finance Assistant at their Mumbai location.

What will you be doing:

Receive invoices from vendors, review and then process them, using accounting software and standard company procedures to assure maximum consistency of the information

Analyze discrepancies with invoices and research information to discover the source of the problem, making sure all disbursements are correct and suggesting procedure changes

Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments

Key Accounts Payable Skills and Competencies

Qualifications for this Job:

Qualification required B.COM/M.COM

Proficiency in MS Excel

Attention to detail and accuracy

problem analysis and problem-solving skills

team work

organizing and prioritizing
