IISc Recruitment 2022: Check Post, Eligibility, Last Date, and Other Important Details
IISc Recruitment 2022: Indian Institute of Science (IISc), a leading institution for research and training in science and engineering, is inviting applications from B.Tech-qualified candidates for the Post of Instructor – Computer Science. There are 02 vacancies available for the Post as per the IISc Recruitment 2022 Notification. The institute will be offering a four-year B. Tech. Programme in Mathematics and Computing starting from the academic year 2022-23. The age of the candidate should be below 35 years as of the last date of receipt of the application. The position is purely contractual, and candidates will be hired on a renewable annual contract (depending on satisfactory performance) for a maximum duration of 5 years. The last date for the receipt of the application will be 15.01.2023.

Qualifications for IISc Recruitment 2022 is given below:
Essential:
The eligible candidate should hold an M. Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science.
Desirable:
Candidates with prior teaching/ research experience will be preferred.
Candidates with Ph.D. will be placed at the Pay Scale Rs. 54,000 – 74,000 + HRA – Candidates without a Ph.D. but having an M. Tech and selected through GATE /NET at Rs. 31,000 + HRA.
After two years, pay will be revised to Rs. 35,000 + HRA – Candidates without a Ph.D. but having an M. Tech degree but not selected through GATE / NET): Rs. 25,000 + HRA. After two years, pay will be revised to Rs. 28,000 + HRA.
The position is purely contractual, and candidates will be hired on a renewable annual contract (depending on satisfactory performance) for a maximum duration of 5 years. The contract tenure will commence from the date of joining. Engagement on a contract basis would be subject to medical fitness.
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their applications. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or an Interview or both.
