What will you be doing:

Accountable for Business Targets for the portfolio of products handle

Design personalized experience for customers – Increase relevance of communication to customer

Customer Behaviour Insights from A/B Testing & Analytics for respective channel

Initiate projects on 1 to 1 personalization for all campaigns and channels.

Growth Initiatives- Build newer segments of customer engagement, increase reach and engagement with contextually relevant communication

Increase Overall Customer Reach with Push Mediums- Build seamless journeys for 1 click purchase

Explore out of the box functionality to enhance customer experience of existing channels

Preparation on MIS reports on a weekly / monthly basis.
