RVNL Recruitment 2023: The Office of Senior Deputy General Manager (HR), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has called in Applications from the Concerned Controlling Authority/Zonal Railways, etc., with respect to Experienced Senior Officers for Appointment on Deputation Post Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager (Civil) in the Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE)/Civil Engineering Department.
There is 01 Vacancy to be filled by the Appointment of an Eligible Candidate in any of the Positions subject to the Qualifications and Post-Qualification Experience that he may be having in possession. The Last Date for completing the Application Process is 25th January 2023 (25.01.2023).
Amongst the Eligible Officers, those Officers preferably with the Desirable Working Experience in Construction Organization, who do convincingly meet the Eligibility specific to the Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager (Civil) Post may apply within the Timeline stipulated vide RVNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement appended hereto.

Post-Selection, the Candidates shall remain Entitled to the Pay Scale Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance.
The Eligible Candidate should not exceed 56 Years as on the Closing Date of the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement/Vacancy Notice.
Desirable Experience: Only Officer Candidates with Prior Working Experience in the Construction Establishment/Organization would be given Preference for Appointment on the Post as has been notified in the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
Minimum Eligibility:
I) For Senior Deputy General Manager {Pay Level-12(CDA)/IDA E-5 (Rs. 80000 to 220000)}:
Officers of the Civil Engineering Department holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Senior Scale (Pay Level-11) Post; Or
iii) Posts in Grade ‘B’ (Level-10) with 10 Years’ Service in Group ‘B’; Or
iv) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-4 (Rs.70000 to 200000) for 04-Years
II) For Deputy General Manager {Pay Level-11(CDA)/IDA E-4 (Rs.70000 to 200000)}:
Officers of the Civil Engineering Department holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Pay Level-10/Level 09 (CDA) with 04-Years’ Service in Group ‘B’; Or
iii) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-3 (Rs. 60000 to 180000) for 04-Years.
III) For Senior Manager {Pay Level-10(CDA)/IDA E-3 (Rs. 60000 to 180000)}:
Officers of the Civil Engineering Department holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Pay Level-8, Group ‘B’ (Gazetted); Or
iii) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-2 (Rs. 50000-160000) for 04-Years.
Only Eligible Shortlisted Candidates would be summoned for participating in the Personal Interaction/ Interview and Record Verification. Only a Candidate who is selected on to the RVNL Notified Post Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager (Civil) would be appointed on Deputation in the Pay Scale of Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance.
The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways and Others may forward the Applications of only Eligible Candidates together with the following Testimonials/Documents as per RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification:
i) Vigilance/DAR Clearance
