Overview:

Tata Steel is hiring an experienced Manager Envt (DataAvailability&Analysis) at their Jamshedpur location. Assisting the Environment management team for ensuring availability of the online emission and effluent monitoring data as per the guidelines of the CPCB and SPCB and carrying out analysis of data & suggest the mitigative measures. Association with relevant agencies for technology evaluation and implementation as well as for effective air, water & effluent pollution control measures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Implementation of ABP in the concerned area, ensuring availability of online instruments through carrying out proper calibration and validation.

Periodic review of the implementation status across the organisation. Work out response to the same. Communicate within and concerned agencies for implementation.

Submit the compliance report. Mapping of non -compliance s generated across the plants, coordinate with relevant agencies for evaluation and implementation

Maintain the data for further analysis with cross functional team. Collect the data for reporting and contribute for environmental indicator with respective stakeholders.

Eligibility:

BE/ B.Tech./M.Tech. in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Environmental / Automation -IT/ Biotechnology Engineering / MSc in Chemistry/ Environmental Science.

Relevant experience in similar function in steel/chemical/power sector

Understanding of CEMs/ AAQMs / calibration and validation of

online instruments

National and International legislations protocol treaties
