Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023: The Department of Revenue (DoR), Ministry of Finance has called in Applications for the Post of Additional Director in the Directorate of Enforcement on a Deputation Basis.

There are 02 Vacancies to be filled with the Appointment of Officers as Additional Director under the Pay Band-04 of Rs.37400 to 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700 (Pre-revised) [Pay Matrix Level-13 (Rs.118500 to 214100)] vide the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023 Notification issued by the Department of Revenue. However, there is a likelihood of the generation of further Vacancies in due course of time., which shall be intimated by way of Vacancy Circular.

For Willing and Eligible candidates the Last Date to complete the Application Submission Process is within 30 Days from issuance of the  Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023 Notification published in the Employment News. The Applicants must ensure that their Applications are submitted through Proper Channel.

Post Nomenclature: Additional Director of Enforcement in the Directorate of Enforcement, On Deputation

Employment nature: Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract)

Vacancy: 02 Nos.

 

Age Limit under Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023:

1) Not to Exceed 56 Years as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications notified vide the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Circular issued by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.

 

Eligibility Criteria for the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualification(s) and Experience essential for the Applicants are as follows:

In terms of Recruitment Rules, the following Categories of Officers are Eligible:

Officers of the Central Government /State Governments/Union Territory Administrations/Public Sector Undertakings/Universities/ Accredited Research Institutions/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Organizations.

A) (i) holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or

(ii) with 05 Years Regular Service in the Grade in Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600 to 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 (Pre-revised) [Pay Matrix Level-12 (Rs. 78800 to 209200)] or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre/Department; and

B) With 12 Years’ Experience, out of which 08 Years should be in the field of Intelligence or Investigation Work and Adjudication/ Prosecution work relating to Fiscal or Criminal Laws or in Finance or Accounts or Corporate Affairs and 04-Years should be in the Administrative Work.

Note: The Departmental Officers in the Feeder Category, who are in Direct Line of Promotion remain Eligible to be considered for Appointment On Deputation and Similarly Deputation shall not be Eligible to be considered for Appointment by Promotion.

Selection Process for Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023:

A Duly constituted Committee shall carry through Screening Process aimed at shortlisting the Candidates to be called in for Personal Interaction/ Interview for Selection of the Candidates on the Additional Director of Directorate of Enforcement Post.

Period of Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) including the Period of Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not Exceed 04-Years notified in the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023.

 

How to Apply for Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2023:

While forwarding the Applicant’s Applications, the Cadre Controlling Authorities must verify and ensure that the Particulars furnished by the Applicants are Correct and No Disciplinary case is either pending or contemplated against the Applicant Officer Concerned.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities should ascertain submission of the following Documents to be dispatched with the Application:

i) Detailed Résumé/Bio-Data.

ii) Complete and Up-to-date Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) Dossier of Preceding 05-Years from 2015-16 onwards or Attested Photocopy thereof.

iii) Vigilance Certificate/Clearance

iv) Integrity Certificate/Clearance

v) Cadre Clearance

vi) A Statement of Major/Minor Penalties, if any, imposed upon the Officer during the previous 10-Years.
