Upper Age Limits for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

Eligibility Criteria for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have in possession Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate Degree in any discipline from the Accredited University.

Other Mandatory Eligibility Conditions:

The Candidate must also

i) be able to read, write and speak Odia Dialect and

ii) have passed Middle School with Odia as a Language Subject Or

iii) have passed High School Certificate (Matriculate) Examination with Odia as a Medium of Examination in Non-Language Subject Or

iv) have passed in Odia as a Language Subject in the Final Examination of Class VII from any School Or Education Institution duly recognized by the Central Government or the Government of Odisha

v) have passed a Test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department (SMED).

Selection Process for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the OPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued for Selection on all Posts under Group ‘B’ Classification consists o 03 Stages shall be carried through Odisha Civil Service (Combined Competitive Recruitment Examination) Third Amendment Rules 2022 (Annexure-I) as follows:

Stage I: Preliminary Examination (02 Papers) for 400 Marks with Negative Marking involved is aimed at elimination/shortlisting Candidates for the Mains Examination

Stage II: Main (Conventional) Examination (07 Papers) for 1750 Marks aimed at shortlisting Candidates for Personal Interview

Stage III: Personality Test/Personal Interview for 250 Marks.

Final Merit List to be prepared taking into account the Aggregate Marks secured in both Main Examination (1750 Marks) and Personal Interview (250 Marks).

Examination Fee for OPSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the OPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is No Examination Fee applicable to any Category.
