BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the Trainee Engineer – I and Project Engineer/Officer temporarily. 4 Years B.E./ B.Tech. course from a recognized Institute/University in the following Engineering discipline for the post of Trainee and Project Engineers–
a) Electronics – Electronics/ Electronics& Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Communication
b) 2 Years MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR from a recognized Institute/University for the post of Project Officer – I (HR)

Trainee Engineer – I
Candidates should have 1 year of relevant post-qualification industrial experience
Project Engineer/Officer
Candidates should have minimum 2 years of post-qualification industrial experience.
Mention below are the salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:
Trainee Engineer – I
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000.
Project Engineer/Officer
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000.
Mention below are the tenure for BEL Recruitment 2023:
Project Engineer/Officer
Selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years.
Trainee Engineer – I
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years.

Candidates should not cross the age of 28 years.
Project Engineer/Officer
Candidates should not cross the age of 32 years.
Candidates will be selected through a written test followed by an interview.
