NAEL Recruitment 2023: Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of HR Officer, Finance Officer, and Security Officer on a contract basis. As per the NAEL Recruitment 2023 notification, there are 03 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 04 years. As per the NAEL Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates should have 3 years of post-qualification experience. Applicants should not cross the age of 35 years.
Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) was incorporated on 29th December 2016 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to take over the sick Naini unit of Hindustan Cables Limited (HCL) which was closed for the last 15 years. Mention below are the qualification required for NAEL Recruitment 2023:
HR Officer
Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities. Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. A degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Finance Officer
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in the final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
Security Officer
Candidate should have Successful completion of ten months pre-Commission Training Course from the Officers’ Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces, OR Successful completion of one to one and a half years Course conducted by the Central/State Governments qualifying for appointment as Deputy Superintendent of Police/Sub Inspectors in State Police, Railway Protection Force, Central Reserve Police, Border Security Force, OR Successful completion of one-year Training Course conducted by Central Government for those selected for the posts of Intelligence Officers in the Central Intelligence Bureau and Research and Analysis Wing, OR Successful completion of Training conducted by the Central Government for candidates selected for the post of Sub Inspectors in the CISF or successful completion of one-year training conducted by Home Ministry, Government of India, for SI in CBI, OR 52 weeks Training Course of Instructions for IAF Police in the Rank of Sergeant, Junior Warrant Officer, Warrant Officer and Master Warrant Officer.
As per the NAEL Recruitment 2023 notification, Candidates should have minimum 03 years of experience in their respective posts.
As per the NAEL Recruitment notification, the maximum age limit for this job post is 35 years.
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 4 years.
