Pay Scales under NBCC Recruitment 2023:

According to the NBCC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Pay Scales applicable to the Candidates selected on the Notified Posts are as follows:

01) General Manager (Engineering) IDA Rs.90000-240000 (E-6)

02) Additional General Manager (Corporate Communications) IDA Rs.80000-220000 (E-5)

03) Additional General Manager (Systems): IDA Rs.80000-220000 (E-5)

04) Assistant Manager (Software Developer) IDA 40000-140000 (E-1)

Upper Age Limits for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

Based in the NBCC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, different Age Limits stipulated for all 04 Posts are as follows:

01) General Manager (Engineering): 49 Years

02) Additional General Manager (Corporate Communications): 45 Years

03) Additional General Manager (Systems): 45 Years

04) Assistant Manager (Software Developer): 33 Years

Eligibility for NBCC Recruitment 2023:

According to the NBCC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicants should have the following Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification and Experience explained hereunder:

01) General Manager (Engineering):

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Degree in Civil Engineering/Equivalent from the University/Institute Duly Recognized by Government with Total 15 Years’ Experience. The Desirable Proficiency is explained therein.

02) Additional General Manager (Corporate Communications):

Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/Advertising and Public Relations of 02-Years from the University/Institute Duly Recognized by Government with Total 12 Years’ Experience. The Desirable Proficiency is explained therein.

03) Additional General Manager (Systems):

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time  Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University/Institute Duly Recognized by Government with Total 12 Years’ Experience. The Desirable Proficiency is explained therein.

04) Assistant Manager (Software Developer):

Educational Qualification and Experience: Full-Time Degree in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology Or Master in Computer Applications (MCA) from with 60% Marks in Aggregate from the University/Institute Duly Recognized by Government with Minimum 02 Years’ Experience.

Selection Criteria under NBCC Recruitment 2023:

According to the NBCC Recruitment 2023, Selection on all Posts will be carried out through Personal Interviews.

The Selection Criteria for all the 04 Posts will be by way of Personal Interviews. The Selection Criteria may vary depending on the Response against the Post received from the Applicants. NBCC Decision in this regard will be final. The Selected Candidates will be entitled for Remuneration comprising Basic Pay, DA (on IDA Pattern), HRA, Perks and Allowances under Cafeteria Approach, and Performance Related Pay (PRP). In addition to this CPF, Medical facility for Self and dependents, Gratuity, Leave Encashment is Payable as per the NBCC Rules.
