BSF Recruitment 2023: The Director of Inspector General (Personnel), Directorate General, Border Security Force (BSF), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has called in Applications from the Officers with Willingness for 02 Non-Ministerial (Combatised) on Deputation Basis through Proper Channel; viz., 01) Commandant (Architecture) and 02) Second-In-Command (Architecture) through the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 28th February 2023 (28.02.2023).
According to the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Notified 02 Posts with 02 Vacancies with 01 Post comprised for each Post. Based on the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the duly completed Applications in respect of the Willing Officers with Eligibility Last Date is the 60th Date from the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 28.02.2023.
According to the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, 02 Vacancies to be filled up are enumerated as explained hereunder:
Non-Ministerial (Combatised) Posts:
01: Commandant (Arch.): 01 No.
02: Second-in-Command (Arch.): 01 No.
The Pay Matrix Levels specific to the Posts in accordance with the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement are narrated hereunder:
01: Commandant (Arch.): Level 13 (Rs.123100-215900)
02: Second-in-Command (Arch.): Level 12 (Rs.78800-209200)
As per the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age as on the Closing Date of Application:
Maximum Age Limit: 52 Years

According to the BSF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility comprising Specific Requisites, etc. in Brief are hereunder:
01: Commandant (Arch.):
A.i) The Officers under the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis or with 05 Years in the Grade Pay Band-3(Rs.15600-39100) Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600 (Pre-Revised) with Minimum 15 Years’ Experience under Group ‘A’ Service with the Educational Qualification and Experience:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from any Accredited University/Institution and Registration with the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act 1972; Or
iii) 15-Years’ Experience in Architecture.
B.i) The Officers under the Central Government/State Government should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis or with 05 Years in the Grade Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600 (Pre-Revised) with Equivalent with Minimum 10 Years’ Regular Service in the Grade with the Educational Qualification and Experience:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from any Accredited University/Institution and Registration with the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act 1972; Or
iii) 15-Years’ Experience in Architecture.
02: Second-in-Command (Arch.):
A.i) The Officers under the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis or with 05 Years in the Grade Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600 (Pre-Revised) with Minimum 10 Years’ Experience under Group ‘A’ Service with the Educational Qualification and Experience:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from any Accredited University/Institution and Registration with the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act 1972; Or
iii) 15-Years’ Experience in Architecture.
B.i) The Officers under the Central Government/State Government should be holding Analogous Post(s) on a Regular Basis or with 05 Years in the Grade Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) Plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600 (Pre-Revised) with Equivalent with Minimum 10 Years’ Regular Service in the Grade with the Educational Qualification and Experience:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from any Accredited University/Institution and Registration with the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act 1972; Or
iii) 10-Years’ Experience in Architecture.
Medical Fitness is Mandatory in respect of Both Posts.

Post Selection Appointments of the Officers by Deputation, Only Shortlisted Candidates would be called for Viva-voce/Personal Interviews to be held later.
