IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the Junior Research Fellow – Architecture / Virtual Reality / Digital Architecture / Design and Junior post Research Fellow – Architecture / Conservation / Disaster Management on a contract basis. As per the IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are only 02 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
As per the IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 31000. The selected candidate will work on the “Creating Digital Immersive Heritage Experience, Risk Assessment and Vernacular Architecture Analysis of Five Historically Significant Temple Marvels* of Kashi” project. Mention below is the qualification required for IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023:
Junior Research Fellow – Architecture / Virtual Reality / Digital Architecture / Design
Candidates should have M. Arch first class, M. Des first class, M. Tech first class. Candidates with knowledge in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality / Digital Experience Design should apply. Knowledge of 3D modeling, VR&AR, and skills such as C#, C++, Unity, Reality Capture, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Blender, Oculus, etc., is required. Candidates having Conservation and/or research experience and knowledge of Indian vernacular architecture and heritage would be an added advantage.
Junior Research Fellow – Architecture / Conservation / Disaster Management
Candidates should have M. Arch first class, M. Des first class, M. Tech first class. Candidates with knowledge in Conservation / Disaster Management / Risk Assessment only should apply. Knowledge of GIS, Heritage is required. Candidates having Knowledge of Digital tools, mapping and documentation, 3D modeling would be an added advantage.
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.31000 + 24% HRA per month for the first and second years and Rs.35000 + 24% HRA per month for the third year (HRA or Hostel facility in campus, subject to availability).
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. The interview may happen online.
