Indian Bank Recruitment 2023: Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is a non-profit organization running Indian Bank Self-Employment Training Institutes (INDSETIs) in lead districts, with the aim of training and providing support to rural entrepreneurs. IBTRD is now seeking to engage Support Staff on a contractual basis for a period of three years at the INDSETI in Paschim Medinipur (Debra). As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification,  The engagement is for training and official duties. The positions available are for Faculty and Office Assistants.

The position of Faculty requires candidates to possess certain educational qualifications and be within a certain age range. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching and training the candidates in the institute. The salary structure includes a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000/- which may be revised annually based on satisfactory performance and a fixed travel allowance. The position of Office Assistant requires proficiency in spoken and written local language, fluency in English, and knowledge of MS Office, Internet & Tally. As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the salary structure includes a consolidated salary of Rs. 12000/- which may be revised annually based on satisfactory performance, a fixed travel allowance, and other benefits. As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, previous experience as a faculty member is preferred, but it is not mandatory for the post of Faculty. Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential, and fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage. Skills in typing in the local language are also essential.

Salary for Indian Bank Recruitment 2023:

As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the consolidated salary for the post of Faculty is Rs. 20,000/- which may be revised annually by 10% based on satisfactory performance. In addition to the salary, a fixed travel allowance of actuals up to a minimum of Rs. 1,500/- per month is provided against bills or can be claimed for Rs. 500/- on a declaration basis. EPF, ESI, and gratuity are provided as per the rules, and leave/non-financial benefits are provided as decided by the Trust from time to time. A valid driving license is preferable as the position involves field visits.
