Central Bank of India is inviting applicants to fill the position for the post of BC Supervisor on a contractual basis in the Bhopal Region. There are 03 vacancies for this recruitment.

Tenure Period:

The candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for 12 months subject to a satisfactory annual performance review.

Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

The maximum age limit for retired bank employees is 64 years only, and for the continuation of BC, supervisors will be 65 years, with rural banking experience of at least 3 years, whereas for the young candidates the age limit will range between 21 years to 45 years and the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 60 years.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates chosen will receive a monthly salary of between Rs. 15000 and Rs. 12000 in addition to other benefits.

The BC supervisor will receive a mixed monthly compensation structure that includes fixed and variable components.

• Category A: A minimum of 25 BC Agents will be allotted to each BC Supervisor, with the possibility of an increase at the Bank’s discretion.
• Category B: A minimum of 20 BC Agents, which may be increased at the Banks’ discretion, will be allotted to each BC Supervisor.

The compensation will be paid at the Bank’s discretion based on the category under which the BC Supervisor falls.

• Conveyance Allowance: Each BC Supervisor will be paid fixed conveyance allowances of Rs.4000 per month for Category A & Rs.3000 per month for Category B Supervisor.
• Mobile expenses: Each BC Supervisor will be paid Mobile / Internet charges/expenses Rs.500 per month (Fixed).
• Leave: A maximum of 3 days of leave per month and 30 days per year may be taken by the employee.

Eligibility for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must meet the requirements in order to apply for the BC Supervisor position.

For Retired Bank Employees:

• Up to the rank of Senior Manager or equivalent, retired officers (including those who voluntarily retired) from any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Cooperative Banks) may be appointed.
• Retired clerks and the Central Bank of India’s equivalent who successfully completed the JAIIB.
• At least three years of experience in rural banking is required for all applicants.

For Young Candidates:

A graduate with computer skills (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) should be the minimum requirement; however, degrees like M. Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, and MBA will be preferred.
