Indian Bank Recruitment 2023: Indian Bank Self Employment Training Institute (INDSETI) is an initiative of Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) that aims to provide training and support to aspiring entrepreneurs in the lead districts of India. To aid in this mission, IBTRD is seeking to engage Support Staff on a contractual basis for a period of three years at INDSETI Tiruvannamalai. The role of the support staff is to perform basic support services like maintenance of premises, filing, and any work as assigned by the other staff.
As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the position of Office Assistant is open for a graduate with computer knowledge and previous experience as an office assistant. The candidate should also possess a valid driving license as the nature of the job involves traveling/field visits. Communication skills in Tamil and proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and Tally are preferred qualifications. The salary for this position is a consolidated amount of Rs 12,000/- which may be revised on an annual basis. As per the Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Attendant position requires a Matriculation-10 Pass with the ability to read and write in Tamil. The consolidated salary for this position is Rs 8,000/-, which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount not exceeding 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/performance of services rendered.

In addition to the consolidated salary, there is a fixed travel allowance (FTA) of actuals subject to a minimum of Rs. 1000/- per month against bills or Rs. 500 on a declaration basis. Non-financial benefits like leave and others will be decided by the Trust from time to time.
