Qualification and Experience for FACT Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Senior Manager(Civil)-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 9 years of executive experience in the construction/maintenance department in a large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petrochemical Plant or large Engineering / Civil Construction Firm of which the last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in E3 grade i.e. Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent /higher grade or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs. 15 lakhs per annum.

For Management Trainee(Electrical)-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.

For Technician (Process)-

• B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering [Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology)] and 2 years experience in the operation of a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical plant.
• In the absence of sufficient suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed qualification and one to two years of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with experience as above.

For Sanitary Inspector-

• Std X pass with Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course from a recognized institution and 5 years of experience in sanitary administration of industrial establishments/hospitals / Government bodies.
• Ex-Servicemen having equivalency/trade certificates with prescribed experience in the field issued by the Armed Forces will be eligible to apply. Such experience in the trade after acquiring Class 1 HASST (from Defence Services) will only be treated as relevant experience for the post.

For Craftsman (Fitter cum Mechanic)-

• Std X pass with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Mechanic with 2 years experience in the trade in large Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in Engineering Industry.
• In the absence of sufficient suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed qualifications and one to two years of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with experience as above.

Salary for FACT Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Senior Managers (Post Codes 1 and 2) will get monthly emoluments of Rs.70000-Rs.200000(E4).
• The selected candidates for the post of Officer (Sales) (Post Code 3) will get monthly emoluments of Rs.30000-Rs.120000(E0).
• The selected candidates for the post of Management Trainees (Post Codes 4 to 8) will get a monthly emolument of Rs.37000 during one year and posting as Assistant Manager(Designate) in the 2nd year will get a monthly salary of Rs.43000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Technician (Process)(Postcode 9) will get monthly emoluments of Rs.23350-Rs.115000(WG18).
• The selected candidates for the post of Sanitary Inspector (PostCodes 10) will get monthly emoluments of Rs.21650 to Rs.76000(WG6).
• The selected candidates for the post of Craftsmen(Post code 11 to 13) will get monthly emoluments of Rs.21650-Rs.76000(WG6).

Selection Process for FACT Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of CBT, Personal Interviews and Group discussions. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

Application Fee for FACT Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the application fee for postcodes 1 to 8 is Rs.1180 including GST and for postcodes 9 to 14 is Rs.590 including GST. The fee is purely Non-Refundable.
