CAU Imphal Recruitment 2023: Central Agriculture University (CAU) is recruiting candidates to fill up the different posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Chairman at Central Agriculture University. In accordance with the official notification of CAU Imphal Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 190 vacancies are available for this post. The maximum age limit for this post is 65 years , whereas candidates for the Associate Professor post should not exceed the age limit beyond 35 years. As mentioned in the Official notification of CAU Imphal Recruitment 2023, shortlisted applicants will be called for an Interview. Candidates selected for Chairman and Professor posts will get a salary of Rs.144200, Associate Professor applicants will get a Salary of Rs.131400 and for Assistant Professor posts candidates will get a salary of Rs.57700 per month.

As per the official notification of CAU Imphal Recruitment 2023, The maximum age limit for this post is 65 years, whereas candidates for the Associate Professor post should not exceed the age limit beyond 35 years.
In accordance with the official notification of CAU Imphal Recruitment 2023, Candidates applying for the CAU Imphal Recruitment 2023 must fit into the eligibility given below.
Chairman/Professor
An applicant must consist a Master’s degree in science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade points. He/she must have a minimum of ten years of experience in teaching/research/extension, of which at least three years should be as Associate Professor or equivalent in Pay Band-4 (Level-13A) iv) Experience guiding students at Masters and Doctoral levels.
Associate Professor
A candidate must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade points. He/she must have a minimum of eight years of experience in teaching/research/extension education as Assistant Professor or equivalent position.
Assistant Professor
An applicant should have a Master’s degree in basic sciences with at least 55% marks or Ph. D in a relevant subject with published Research papers in scientific journals. He/she must have evidence of having cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by ICAR, ASRB, UGC, and CSIR. (NET shall not be required in disciplines for which NET is not conducted).
