BEML Recruitment 2023: BEML Limited invites candidates Head – of Corporate Communications and Backlog Vacancies in different Groups on a fixed-term/contract basis. According to the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, there are 70 vacancies open for these posts. As mentioned in the Official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, Candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Tenure Basis which will not exceed 2 years to 4 years. The maximum age should be between 27 to 52 years which will vary for all the Groups.
In accordance with the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, Selected candidates should get a monthly salary of up to Rs.160000 but for the Head of Corporate Communications post candidates will get the Annual CTC between 18 to 24 lakhs. The selection process will be based on an interview. In accordance with the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee Application Fees of Rs.500.Eligible candidates can apply online by clicking the “APPLY ON-LINE” on the official website of BEML. Group ‘A’/Grade IV-
The maximum age limit for UR candidates is 34 years, for OBC candidates is 37 years, and for SC/ST is 39 years.
Group ‘A’/Grade III-
The maximum age limit for UR candidates is 30 years, for OBC candidates is 33 years, and for SC/ST is 35 years.
Group ‘A’/Grade II and Group ‘B’/Grade I-
The maximum age limit for UR candidates is 27 years, for OBC candidates is 30 years, and for SC/ST is 33 years.
Group ‘C’-
The maximum age limit for UR candidates is 29 years, for OBC candidates is 33 years, and for SC/ST is 34 years.
Head – of Corporate Communications
The maximum age limit is 52 years.

Head – of Corporate Communications
Any Graduate with a Master of Public Relations, MA (Master of Arts) in Journalism, MA in Corporate Communications, MA in Mass Communication, MBA in Communication, MBA in Public
Relations, MBA in Mass Communication, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations &Corporate Communication.
Masters/ MBA/ PG Diploma obtained through Distance Education Program also to be considered.
Applicants should have at least 15 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Group ‘A’/ Manager/ Grade IV(Testing & Commissioning)-
First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics from a recognized University / Institution. Post-graduate qualification in Management will be preferred.
Group ‘A’/ Assistant Manager/ Grade III (Legal)-
Graduate with three years of full-time Graduate Degrees in Law from a recognized University / Institute.
Group ‘A’/ Officer/ Grade II (Industrial Safety)-
First Class Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Fire & Safety.
Group ‘B’/ Assistant Officer/ Grade I (Maintenance Electrical)-
First Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical from a recognized University / Institution.
