As per the details given in the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are a total of 02 vacancies available for the post of BC Supervisor. The selected candidate will be employed on a contractual basis for an initial period of 1 year, which will be reviewed every 6 months. The selected candidates will be posted in Punjab’s Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala, and Nawanshahr districts.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023

For Retired Bank Employees

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employees candidates must have a rural banking experience of at least 3 years
• Candidates should be proficient in the local language (both written and verbal)

For Young Applicants

• Should be a graduate with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.)
• Candidates having MSc (IT)/BE (IT)/MCA/MBA will be preferred
• Candidates must be proficient in the local language (both written and verbal)

Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023

As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, young candidates must be in the age group of 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment. The maximum age for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years for both retired bank employees and young candidates.

Geographical Requirement for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023

As per the official notification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023,  candidates will be selected from the same district where they will be assigned to work. If suitable candidates are not available in the same district, then the selection committee may consider candidates from the adjoining district. Candidates outside the state of Punjab will not be selected under any circumstances.

Monthly Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023

According to the Bank of Baroda recruitment 2023 notification, selected candidates will receive a fixed salary component of Rs 15000 per month. Apart from the fixed component, the candidates will also be entitled to a maximum of Rs 10000 in the form of a variable component.
