Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023: The Chief Executive Officer, Delhi Cantonment Board (DCB) has invited Applications from the Medical Specialist Candidates in the Specimen Proforma Eligible for Fixed 11 Months’ Contractual Engagement of 04 Super Specialists with 08 Vacancies in the Cantonment General Hospital (CGH). As has been notified in the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Notification there are 08 Vacancies for Specialist/ Senior Resident Posts in the Allied Specialty Departments; Super Specialist/Senior Residents termed as Super Specialist/Specialist as 01) Cardiologist, 02) Gastroenterologist, 03) Intensivist (Intensive Care Unit/ICU) and 04) Intensivist (Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit/PICU) to be read in the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 03.05.2023.
Based on the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued the Eligible Super Specialists with Interest in the 04 Notified Posts with 08 Vacancies may apply as per the Specimen Application Proforma and the Last Date stipulated for the Applicants to complete the Application Submission Process well ahead of 15.05.2023 to be read in the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.

Posting Situation: Cantonment General Hospital (CGH)
Contractual Engagement/Empanelment Duration: 11 Months
As may be referred to the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Monthly Remuneration accruing to Specialist/Senior Resident termed as Super Specialist/ Specialist shall be as as follows:
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 140444 Per Month for Full-Time Basis (Consolidated and All Inclusive) for Full-Time Specialist/Senior Resident.
I) Rs. 1000 Per Hour for Specialist (Part-time on Call Basis)
II) Rs. 1800 Per Hour for Super-Specialists
Based on the Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit stipulated for Delhi Cantonment Board Cantonment General Hospital Specialist/Senior Resident Posts is as follows:
Age Limit: 45 Years
The Delhi Cantonment Board Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has mandated the Prescribed Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Experience, and the Desirable Qualification explained hereunder:
I) Educational Qualifications:
Senior Resident Post: Post-Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma or Equivalent in the Concerned Specialist for Senior Resident. In addition for Specialist, Minimum Post Qualification Experience of 03 Years/05 Years respectively after Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma respectively.
Intsensivist (ICU/PICU) Post: Addition Qualification in Intensive Care/Critical Care Medicine; e.g., Doctor Medicinae (DM)/Diplomate National Board (DNB)/Post-Doctoral Fellowship/Equivalent after Post Graduate Qualification in Anesthesia/Medicine (Pediatrics in case of PICU) Respiratory Medicine/Surgery, Experience as per the above out of which Minimum 01 Year Experience/Training in ICU/PICU respectively (relaxable in case of suitably Experienced Candidates).
II) Super-Specialists: In Cardiology, Gastroenterology, etc: Candidates with DM (Doctor Medicinae)/M.Ch. (Magister Chirurgiae) Qualification, Preferably with Suitable Post-Qualification Experience on Part-Time/Empanelment/Per Consultation Basis
III) Minimum 03-Years’ Post DM Capable of performing Cardiac Laboratory Procedures including PTCA/Laparoscopy /Endoscopy/Colonoscopy, etc.
Desirable: Medical Council Registration; the Applicant must have been Registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC)/Medical Council of India (MCI)
Selection for Specialists/Senior Resident Posts in the Cantonment General Hospital shall be carried out by Interview. Only Shortlisted Candidates would be called in for appearing in Viva-voce. The Candidates selected as Specialists/Senior Residents would be appointed for Engagement/Empanelment.
