CSL Recruitment 2023: Cochin Shipyard Limites (CSL) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Manager/Senior Manager (Industrial Relations and Human Resources). As mentioned in the official notification of CSL recruitment 2023, there is only 01 vacancy for the given post. According to the official notification of CSL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 60000 to 200000. The maximum age limit is 40 years as of 20.05.23.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. As given in the official notification of CSL recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website. Two year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University-
1- Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR
2- Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR
3- Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
Desirable– LLB Degree with Labour Laws as elective subject.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
The selection process shall be held at CSL, Kochi or HCSL, Howrah or interview through electronic media.
In accordance with the official notification of CSL recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs. 1000 as application fee and ST/SC/PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
