NCLT Recruitment 2023: Notification Out for 30 Vacancies, Check Post, Qualification and How to Apply

NCLT Recruitment 2023: National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), receives applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Registrar(AR) and Deputy Registrar (DR) purely on a contractual basis. According to the NCLT Recruitment 2023 official notification, applicants will be appointed to various Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal. The maximum age limit of candidates for AR posts is 25 years and 28 for DR. The shortlisted candidates will be offered a monthly salary between Rs.55,000 to 60,000/-. The selection of candidates initially will be for a one-year duration which may be extended up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.

According to the NCLT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates interested in the available positions must apply using a link provided on the NCLT’s official site as well as in the accessible notification. Candidates are urged to fill out the online application form and upload a self-attested CV (no more than 2-pages long) and passport-size photo along with papers such as educational qualification, experience letter, birth proof, and an active email id on or before 30/06/2023 at 17.00 hrs. No applications will be accepted after the specified time and date, or by post or email. The candidates will be called for a face-to-face interview based on their documents. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview.

Eligibility for NCLT Recruitment 2023:

According to the NCLT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates will be recruited based on the following criteria.

Assistant RegistrarDegree in Law from a recognized university, MBA (Full Time), or MBA (HR) from a recognized Institute. He/she must have 3 (three) years of experience in a managerial capacity with proficiency in working in completely online system.
Deputy RegistrarDegree in Law from a recognized university, MBA (Full Time), or MBA (HR) from a recognized Institute. He/she must have at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity with proficiency in working in a completely online system.

According to the NCLT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit of candidates for AR posts is 25 years, and 28 for DR.

According to the NCLT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the shortlisted candidates will be offered a monthly salary between Rs.55,000 to 60,000/- 

General Terms for NCLT Recruitment 2023:

According to the NCLT Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates engaged in contractual assignment shall not be entitled to HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or any other allowance. The candidates engaged in contractual assignment will have the option to give up their assignment by giving one month’s advance written notice.
