Eligibility/Experience for AERA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of AERA Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the above post must have the following eligibility.

Technical Manager (Information Technology)

Officer under Central Government or State Government or Union territory or Public Sector Undertakings or semi- Government or Statutory or Autonomous organizations:

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent Cadre or department.
• With a minimum of two years’ continuous service in the regular PB-2, Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay Rs. 4800/- in the parent Department or equivalent scale of pay in Central Public Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies.

Private Secretary

Deputation/short-term contract from amongst the officials of the Central Government/ Central Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies.

• Hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent department/organization.
• Private Secretary in Level-8(Rs.47600-151100/-) / Rs. 9300-34800 with GP of Rs. 4800/- (pre-revised) with 06 years continuous regular service in the grade in the parent department or equivalent scale of pay in Central Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies.

Receptionist-cum-Telephone Operator

Deputation / Short term contract from amongst the officials working in the Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Bodies holding the post of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent on a continuous basis in the parent department or equivalent scale of pay in Central Public Sector Undertakings /Autonomous Body.

Salary for AERA Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of AERA Recruitment 2023, candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs.19900 to Rs.215900.

Post-wise Salaries are given in below.

• Director post will get a monthly salary of Rs.123100 to Rs.215900.
• Under Secretary post will get a monthly salary of Rs.6700 to Rs.208700.
• Bench Officer post will get a monthly salary of Rs.6700 to Rs.208700.
• Principal Private Secretary post will get a monthly salary of Rs.6700 to Rs.208700.
• Technical Manager post will get a monthly salary of Rs.56100 to Rs.177500.
• Private Secretary posts will get a monthly salary of Rs.47600 to Rs.151100.
• Personal Assistant post will get a monthly salary of Rs.44900 to Rs.142400.
• Junior Hindi Translator post will get a monthly salary of Rs.35400 to Rs.112400.
• Receptionist-cum-Telephone Operator post will get a monthly salary of Rs.19900 to Rs.63200.
