HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) invites eligible candidates for the engagement of Trade Apprentices for Apprentice Training under the Apprentice Act 1961 (2023-24). As per the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the appointed candidates will be paid a monthly stipend based on recruitment guidelines. The candidates interested in this post should not be above 27 years as of 28/06/2023 (relaxation of 5 years in age for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Disabled candidates in a respective category is admissible). The hired applicants would be assigned to the Lucknow region.
As per the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the selection of interested candidates will be made on the basis of merit, with the percentage of high school graduates receiving 70% weighting and ITI graduates receiving 30% weighting. If the result is in CGPA, candidates are requested to fill out the equivalent percentage column as per the certified conversion formula of the board/council. Candidates must complete the accessible application form on the official online portal. After successfully completing the Basic details, candidates must finish the registration process by uploading their photograph and signature and all other necessary data on or before 28.06.2023. Forms that are not completely filled out will not be accepted. It is recommended that candidates write down their registration numbers for future reference.

Technical Qualification
The candidates should be ITI-qualified persons holding National Trade Certificates from Government/Affiliated Institutes issued by NCVT (National Council of Vocational Training)/SCVT (State Council of Vocational Training). He or she must be qualified in COPA/PASAA, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, Welder, Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Electroplater Refrigeration/AC, Draughtsman Mechanical, Sheet-metal Worker, and other related fields. Applicants must have earned an ITI diploma in 2020, 2021, or 2022. As of the application deadline, the candidate should have a pass certificate. Candidate statuses of “Appearing” or “Result Awaited” are ineligible for consideration.
Educational Qualification
Candidates who work in the following trades, such as Turner, Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, and Draughtsman Mechanic, must have completed high school (10+2) or an equivalent program in science and mathematics. The applicant for instrument mechanic, electroplater, refrigeration and AC mechanic, and electronics mechanic positions should have a high school diploma (10+2) system or an equivalent.
