BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company, is receiving applications from eligible candidates for the post of Havildar (Security). As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the total number of vacant posts is 12 to be recruited for its Machilipatnam Unit on a permanent basis. The maximum age limit of candidates for this post is 43 years. The Shortlisted applicants will be paid monthly based on the pay matrix (WG-III / CP-III / Rs. 20500-3%-79000 / 5.8 Lakh per year). Candidates must have served in the Indian Armed Forces for at least 15 years.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates who meet the above requirements should download the application form from the official website and send it along with the following self-attested documents to Manager (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Ravindranath Tagore Road, Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh- 521001 on or before 08.07.2023. Candidates working in government/ semi-government/ public sector organizations must present a “No Objection Certificate” for document verification (skill test/physical endurance test/written test). The candidates have to produce a valid photo identity proof while appearing for the Physical Endurance Test/ Written Test.

As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates must have SSLC (Pass) qualifications and must have served in the Indian Armed Forces for at least 15 years. He/she must have Knowledge of the Telugu language.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit of candidates for this post is 43 years. The relaxation of the upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 3 years and for SC/ST candidates is 5 years.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted applicants will be paid monthly based on the pay matrix (WG-III / CP-III / Rs. 20500-3%-79000 / 5.8 Lakh per year). Other allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 30% of the yearly base salary, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, and Gratuity will be included in the remuneration package as per Company guidelines.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates have to produce a valid photo identity proof while appearing for the Physical Endurance Test/Written Test. The candidates must possess one valid and active e-mail id, which is to be mentioned in the application form. The SC/ST candidates claiming TA for travel have to produce an original caste/disability certificate and submit a copy along with the train/bus tickets.

The eligible candidates will be subjected to a physical endurance test, and those who pass will be shortlisted for a written exam. Both the physical endurance test and the written exam will be placed at Machilipatnam.
