National Bank for Agriculture And Rural Development (NABARD) inviting eligible applicants to fill up the post of Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) on a contract basis for dispensaries of NABARD at its Regional Office Building/ Staff Quarters located at Naya Raipur.

Qualification for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, applicants should possess an MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine of any University recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Tenure for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, applicants will be appointed for a tenure of 05 years renewable on completion of the contract up to the age of 70 years subject to performance review.

Experience for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the aspirant should have at least 02 years of working experience in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner.

Remuneration for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the tentative working hours for a candidate will be 1 hour, for which the applicant will get a remuneration of Rs.1000  per hour for the first three years of contractual service and Rs.1200 per hour on completion of three years of contractual service.

Selection Procedure for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected through an interview process which will be followed by Medical Fitness/ Medical Tests.

Interviews with qualified candidates will be used to make the final decision. The Bank has the right to increase the minimum requirements for eligibility, among other things, in order to restrict the pool of applicants invited for interviews. The Bank’s choice in this matter will be final.

List of Duties for NABARD Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, a list of illustrative duties to be performed/services to be supplied by the BMO on a contract basis.

• Candidate will provide free administration of injections, dressings, etc. on the merits of each case to employees at Bank’s dispensary during the dispensary hours.
• Candidate will issue order forms (Credit slips), if required, to the approved chemists of the Bank for the supply of special/costly drugs or injections required for curative purposes to the Bank’s staff.
• Candidate will visit, as and when required by the Bank, any member of the staff at their residence. For such visits, you will be paid for this purpose.
• Candidate will arrange for prophylactic inoculations, etc. for various diseases, at Bank’s cost whenever considered necessary by the bank
• Candidate will refer staff and their family members to specialists, if considered essential, and certify such essentiality.
• Candidate will attend duty at Office or at its quarters, in case of office exigencies, on non-working day also, if required.
• Candidate will extend guidance and support for securing hospital facilities in local well-known hospitals for the staff and their family members, as and when required.
• Candidate will perform any other related duties as considered necessary by the Bank.
