As per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, there are 24 vacancies open for the post of Super Specialist, Super Specialist and Senior Residents in various departments.

Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the post of Super Specialist and Specialist is 69 years and the maximum age limit for the post of Senior Residents is 45 years as on the date of interview.

Qualification and Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Super Specialist (Senior Consultant)-

• A recognized medical qualification is included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).
• MCh/DM/ DNB or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty mentioned in Annexure-I or equivalent.
• Candidates with at least five years post super specialty qualification experience will be considered for engagement as consultants (Senior Level).
• In the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years’ duration, the period of senior PG residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M. / M.Ch. shall be counted towards the requirement of five years’ experience.

For Super Specialist (Entry Level)-

• A recognized medical qualification is included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).
• MCh/DM/ DNB or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty mentioned in Annexure-I or equivalent.

For Specialist-

• Candidate should have a Post Graduate degree/ DNB, or Diploma after MBBS with TCMC registration.

Experience-

• 03 years of experience in the respective specialty for Degree holders.
• 05 years of experience in the respective specialty for Diploma holders.

For Senior Residents-

• Candidates should have a PG degree/diploma, in the concerned specialty from a recognized University and be registered with TCMC.

Salary for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary up to Rs.240000.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for the post of Senior Resident will be appointed for a period of 03 years.

Selection Process for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on qualification, experience and interview. Eligible candidates will be informed of the date and time of the interview in due course through e-mail/mobile. The interview will be conducted at ESIC Model and Super Speciality Hospital, Asramam, Kollam. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2023, candidates who belong to the General and OBC categories will have to pay Rs.250 and candidates who belong to the SC/ST category will have to pay Rs.50 as an application fee. The Demand Draft will be drawn in favour of ESI Saving Fund Account No.2 payable at Kollam.
