FSSAI Recruitment 2023 Notification Released for New Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualification, and Application Process
FSSAI Recruitment 2023: Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is looking for eligible candidates to fill up the posts of the 9th Food Analyst Examination, 2023, and 6th Junior Analyst Examination, 2023. As mentioned in the Official notification of FSSAI Recruitment 2023, there was no age limit for the candidates applying for the above posts.
As given in the official notification of FSSAI Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for 6th JAE need to pay an Application Fee of Rs.1500 and candidates applying for 9th JAE need to pay Rs.2000. As per the notification of FSSAI Recruitment 2023, candidates who qualify the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be allowed to appear in Practical Examination. Eligible and interested candidates should submit the online application on or before the deadline. The Last date for submitting the Online Application is 23.07.2023.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor or Master’s or Doctorate degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Agriculture Science or Animal Science or Fisheries Science or Biotechnology or Food Safety or Food Technology, Food, and Nutrition or Dairy Technology or Oil Technology or Veterinary Sciences from a university established in India by law or is an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysts conducted by the Institution of Chemists (India).
9th Food Analyst Examination, 2023
Candidate should hold a Bachelor or Master’s or Doctorate degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Agriculture Science or Animal Science or Fisheries Science or Biotechnology or Food Safety or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition or Darry Technology or Oil Technology or Veterinary Sciences from a university established in India by law or is an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysts conducted by the Institution of Chemists (India)
The experience required for the above post is given below.
6th Junior Analyst Examination, 2023
Junior Analyst after acquiring 3 years’ mandatory experience in the analysis of food may appear only in Practical Examination as and when conducted in the future. The opportunity for appearing in the Practical examination for Junior Analysts after acquiring 3 years of experience will be provided only once. Upon qualifying Theory examination, the Junior Analyst will become eligible to be declared as Food Analyst under FSSR, 2011.
9th Food Analyst Examination, 2023
Candidate should possess not less than three years of experience in the analysis of food in any ISO 17025-accredited food testing laboratory/research institution/ research laboratory.
As given in the official notification of FSSAI Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for 6th JAE need to pay an Application Fee of Rs.1500 and candidates applying for 9th JAE need to pay Rs.2000.
