Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023: The Railway Board, Ministry Of Railways, Indian Railway, Government of India has sought ‘Nominations’ through Online Applications from the Male/Female Officers Eligible for a Deputation-Based/Direct Recruitment Based Appointment on the Secretary-General Post in the Quality Council of India (QCI) vide the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice No.51/2023 Dated 11.07.2023. The Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum has arisen for 01 Vacancy for QCI Secretary-General Post. Based on the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notice, the Deputationist Secretary-General Post shall be filled up with a Starting Annual CTC Rs. 56.00 Lac. According to the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Last Date for completing Online Application shall terminate on 31.07.2023.
The Nominations have been invited from reputed organizations for the Post Secretary-General in the Quality Control of India (QCI). The Nominations need only be forwarded by the Head of the Institution/Esteemed Organisation/Industry Chambers well ahead of the Crucial Date 31.07.2023. The Nominations of Eligible Officers with Willingness for QCI Secretary General Post in the shape of duly completed Applications may also be forwarded via Email up to 31.07.2023. Based on the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicant Officer post-appointment as Secretary-General shall be entitled to the Annual CTC narrated hereunder:
Salary: Annual CTC Rs. 56.00 Lac
Based on the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Applicants/Persons on the Closing Date for receipt of the Application should be as follows:
Age Limit: 45 – 55 Years
Based on the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023, Official Notice the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification, Experience and Competencies explained hereunder:
Educational: Post Graduate Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Management/Commerce/Engineering & Technology/Medicine/Law/ Fine Arts/Liberal Arts/Architecture/Design/Agricultural Sciences Or Equivalent from any Accredited University/Institute.
Experience:
The Selection Procedure for the Notified Secretary-General Post shall involve Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice. The Individuals to be called in for Viva-voce shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including Serving Experience, etc. The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction.

The Personnel already in Employment should upload No-Objection Certificate issued by the Present Employer. Vigilance-Clearance (not mandatory for Candidates working in Private Sector) from the Parent Department.
In case the NOC/Vigilance Clearance is not available at the time of Application, the Applicant must submit the Same at the time of Testimonial/Document Verification before Interview (in case called), failing which he/she would not be allowed to attend the Interview.

II) Nominations:
Nominations should only be forwarded by the Head of Institution/Esteemed Organisations/ Industry Chamber for the Eligible Candidates with Mandatory the following documents enclosed in a Sealed Cover:
i) Duly signed Covering Letter from the Head of Institution/ Organisation/Concerned Industry Chamber, on the Letterhead of the Organization.
ii) Duly filled in Nomination Form is available on Online Application Careers Link and may be downloaded from there,
iii) Latest Résumé/Curriculum Vitae of the Candidate being nominated.
The Envelope submitting the Nomination should be superscripted as “Nomination For The Post Secretary-General, Quality Council of India” and be posted to “Senior Director, Administration’ at the Address: Quality Council of India, 2nd Floor, Institution of Engineers Building, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110 002”
