Central Bank of India, is hiring both retired bank personnel and young candidates for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor for Supervising BC activities on a contractual basis.

Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, for Retired bank employees, the maximum age limit is 64 years, and the maximum age limit for BC Supervisors will be 65 years, with at least three years of experience in rural banking. A graduate with computer skills (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.) should be the minimum requirement; however, degrees like M. Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, and MBA will be preferred.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed on a 12-month contract, subject to a good yearly performance evaluation.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will receive a remuneration that ranges from Rs. 15000 to Rs.12000 per month along with Variable components, Conveyance allowance, and Mobile/Internet Charges.

• Conveyance Allowance: Each BC Supervisor will be paid fixed conveyance allowances of Rs.4000 per month for Category A and Rs.3000 per month for Category B Supervisor.
• Mobile expenses: Each BC Supervisor will be paid Mobile / Internet charges/expenses Rs.500 per month (Fixed).
• Leave: A maximum of 3 days of leave per month and 30 days per year may be taken by the employee.

Place of Posting for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

IIBF – BC certification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2023, the IIBF – BC Certification is given below.

1. BC supervisors need to obtain IIBF-BC certification within 3 months from the date of joining.
2. Bank shall reimburse the Registration Fee one time upon completing the course and for noncompliance penalty will be levied as under:-

• From the 4th month to the 6th – Rs.1000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
• From the 7th to 12 months, Rs.2000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
• After 12 months, their contract will not be renewed.
