For appointment on a Deputation basis- The initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.

For appointment on a Re-employment basis- The initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

Place of Posting for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

For Manager OR Assistant Manager HR domain-

• ON Deputation/contract basis- 02 (Two) year full time MBA with specialization in HR from a Govt. recognized University /Institute
• ON Re-employment basis- Graduate in any discipline with post qualification experience of us Sears in HR domain.

Selection Procedure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and written test. The details regarding the test will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates through email.
