ECL Recruitment 2023: The Office of General Manager (P/EE) Eastern Coalfields Limited, West Bengal has invited Applications from Superannuated Officials for Engagement as a Full-Time Advisor (Environment & Forest) on a Contractual Basis. The ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement encourages Retired CMDs/Directors/Senior Level Executives, etc., to apply for Full-Time/Part-Time Advisor Post for Engagement as Advisor (Environment & Forest) on a Contractual Basis initially for 01 Year’s Duration. According to the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. Retired Officers of the Indian Forestry Services (IFS) Preferably of the Rank of PCCF/APCCF with Adequate Working Experience in the Relevant Field of Environment & Forest in Jharkhand State. Even as the Contractual Duration for the Advisors, in accordance with the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement shall remain 01 Year; however, the Contractual Period stands Extendable for an Additional 01 Year or till attaining 65 Years, Whichever being Earlier depending on the Requirement and Satisfactory Performance and Fulfilling the Norms as per Policy. The VRS Optees must not apply for the ECL Advisor Post notified by the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
According to the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Recruitment, Eligible Candidates with Interest in ECL Advisor Post should apply through Both E-Mail and also Speed Post/Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. The Last Date for the Willing and Eligible Candidates to apply in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma and complete the Application Submission receivable in the Office of the Head of Department (EE), Eastern Coalfields Ltd. As per the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit that the Candidate must have attained:
Age Limit: More than 60 Years But Not More than 65 Years during the Contractual Period.
Based on the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Selected Candidate as Advisor (Environment & Forest) will be entitled to Monthly Honorarium based on the Varying Superannuated E-2 to E-9 Grade Executives and Superannuated Chairman/Directors; as follows:
For Superannuated E-2-E-9 Grade Executives and Superannuated Chairman/Directors, the Monthly Honoraria range between follows Rs. 37500 up to Rs. 1.20 Lac under Superannuated E-2 Grade Executives Plus Conveyance Charges, etc.
The Notified Post-specific Eligibility and Other Conditions shall remain as has been mentioned in the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
The Selection for the Full-Time Advisor (Environment & Forest) Post shall be carried out by Personal Interview. The Candidates shall be shortlisted for Interviews subject to the Candidate satisfying the Eligibility Criteria and other conditions as per the ECL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
Final Selection for Full-Time Advisor (Environment & Forest) Post shall be based on the Candidate’s Individual Performance in Interview and satisfying the Overall Eligibility for the Advisor (Environment & Forest) Post. Appropriate Suitable Candidate’s Appointment on the Full-Time Advisor Post shall be Initially 01 Year. However, the Incumbent’s Contract may be extended for another 01 (One) Year depending upon the requirement and Satisfactory Performance or until attaining 65 Years.
