SPMCIL Recruitment 2023: Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL)is looking for eligible and desirous candidates for the post of Advocates. In accordance with the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for a period of 02 years which may be further extended for 01 year. As per the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be chosen after an interview, shortlisted candidates will be informed later about the interview specifics.
According to the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the above post must have a law degree from a UGC-recognized university. As mentioned in the Official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have at least 07 years to 12 years of working experience for the above-given post. Eligible and interested candidates should fill out the application form given in the format prescribed in the notification below and send their duly filled-in application form to the address given below on or before the deadline. The last date for submitting the application form is 14.08.2023. No application will be accepted after the last date. Incomplete/False application form will be rejected. Candidates may apply separately for each forum in separate envelopes super-scribed with the relevant Court.

For conducting cases in High Court:
Candidate should have 12 years of experience in the respective field for which applied i.e. Civil, Labour, Service or Tax matters in the High Court.
For conducting cases in CAT
Candidate should have 10 years of experience in Service matters as a practicing Advocate in Central Administrative Tribunal.
For conducting cases in District courts and other courts/tribunals
Candidate should have 7 years of experience in the respective field for which applied i.e. Civil, Labour, Service matters, or Tax matters as a practicing Advocate in District Court including other Courts and Tribunals.
