IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur is recruiting applicants under Non-Teaching Direct Recruitment terms for the engagement of Administrative Officer, Internal Audit Officer, Senior Administrative Officer Grade – I, and Administrative Executive on a (Regular/Contractual Basis). As mentioned in the IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023 Official notification, the applicant will be appointed for a maximum period of 02 years. The employment will be made for 04 vacancies. The candidates applying for the positions should have at least 07 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in their relevant fields. The candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a monthly salary from Level-08 to Level-12. The candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment on a Regular/Contractual basis extendable annually, on fulfilment of the Institute’s criteria, for a maximum period of two years.

The candidates should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/ Institute or 02 years Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University/Institute.
For Administrative Officer
The candidates should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/ Institute or 02 years Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University/Institute.
For Internal Audit Officer
The candidates should have a graduate and a Member of ‘The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’. Good working knowledge of Computer applications and accounting software.
