MP Metro Recruitment 2023: Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (MPMRCL) is hiring qualified candidates to fill up 04 vacancies for the posts of Manager OR Assistant Manager under the Finance and HR domain. According to the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the candidates applying on a Contract/Deputation basis is 45 years and for candidates applying on a Re-employment basis is 62 years. The required qualifications of Manager Or Assistant Manager under the Finance domain should be a full-time Graduate and full-time M.Com or MBA / PGDM (Finance) or CA from ICAI or CA Inter from ICWA from a Govt. recognized university/institute and for the Manager or Assistant Manager HR Domain should be 02-year full-time MBA with specialization in HR from a Govt. recognized University /Institute with graduate in any discipline with post qualification experience of 05 years in HR domain. According to the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the required working experience of the candidates should be mentioned below. The appropriate pay scale of the candidate will be up to Rs.180000.

As stated in the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs. 170 plus 18% on submission of application form. Applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and written test. According to the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be posted at Bhopal/Indore or any other project of MPMRCL, anywhere in Madhya Pradesh or outside during their service in MPMRCL.   • For candidates working in Metro Rail / Railway PSUs/ other PSUs/ other reputed industries: Full-time M.Com or MBA / PGDM (Finance) or CA from ICAI or CA Inter from ICWA from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

For the Manager or Assistant Manager HR Domain-

  • For Deputation/ Contract basis: 02 years full-time MBA with specialization in HR from a Govt. recognized University /Institute.
  • For Re-employment basis: Graduate in any discipline with post-qualification experience of 05 years in the HR domain.

Experience for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the required working experience of the candidates should be mentioned below:

  • The candidates should have knowledge and working experience in the area of Contract Management, Financial Statements, Corporate Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Management, and Multilateral Bilateral Funding.
  • The candidate should have knowledge and Working experience in HR and Administrative Matters implementation of HR including formulation and Policies, Establishment and Service Matters, Training & Development and Performance Management. Preference shall be given to candidates having knowledge of SAP/ERP.

Pay Scale for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:

The according to the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the appropriate pay scale based on the role listed below:

  • For manager–  The selected candidates will be given a  monthly salary of Rs.60000- Rs.180000.
  • For Assistant Manager– The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs.50000- Rs.160000.

Tenure for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:

In according with the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on Deputation, contract and Re-employment.

  • For appointment on a Deputation basis– The initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
  • For appointment on a Contract basis– The initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
  • For appointment on a Re-employment basis– The initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

  • Age proof (Matriculation Certificate or equivalent).
  • Eligibility Qualification as prescribed.
  • Experience certificate of ex-employer/s. Appointment order/Office order of joining the current organization.
  • Office order showing present pay scale and promotion to present grade.
  • Summarized brief description of relevant Experience.
  • Latest Salary slip (3 months).
  • NOC and Vigilance Clearance by the Present employer or undertaking as mentioned at S. No.10 for candidates applying on deputation.
  • Self-declaration by the candidates working on consolidated pay for Govt. an organization or on CTC for a Private Organization that he is working/has worked at the level of post as per the eligibility prescribed (Table-C- Age, Experience and present pay requirement for eligibility).

Selection procedure for MP Metro Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of MP Metro Recruitment 2023, applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and written test.
