Monthly Salary under RCFL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Minimum Monthly Salary fixed for the Probationary Candidates shall be as follows:

Selected candidates for Management Trainees will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a Lump Sum stipend of Rs. 30000 Per Month.

Post successful completion of 01 year’s training the Candidates will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the Pay Scale Rs. 40000-140000. The Minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay Plus VDA (39.2%) Plus Perks (34%) Plus HRA (27%) and other Allowances which works out to Rs. 80000.00 approximately.

Upper Age Limits for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

As is mentioned in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Minimum Age as on 01.05.2023 applicable to General Category Individuals is as follows:

Based on the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Upper Age Limit as on 01.05.2023 for Un-Reserved Persons as well as Economically Weaker Section candidates is 27 Years.

Eligibility for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

Note: Based on the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, detailed Eligibility and Experience, etc, specific to the Post may be read therein by the candidates.

Educational Qualifications: Full-Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in the Post-relevant Subject Field with Minimum 60% for Un-reserved Category Candidates. Relaxation of 05% for reserved community candidates. The Regular Full-Time Course should be from any Duly Recognized University/Institute.

• Regular and Full-time Dual/Integrated/Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Post-related Discipline must be mentioned in the degree with other allied Subjects, if any.
• For Management Trainee (CC Lab) Post, Ph.D.  (Philosophiae Doctor) in Chemistry from UGC/AICTE approved University/Institution.
• In respect of the Management Trainee (HR) Post, additional qualification in law will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Marathi is preferable for all Posts.
• For Management Trainee (Boiler) Post, the candidate should have a valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE)/Boiler Proficiency Certificate issued by Statutory Authority.

Selection Criteria for RCFL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Shortlisting Process shall be done. The Selection Process for all Posts notified in the RCFL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice consists of an Online Test and a Personal Interview. Those shortlisted in the Computer-Based Online Test will be called in to appear for Interview.  Eligible candidates will be intimated to appear for A Computer-based Online Objective-Type Test.
