BOB Recruitment 2023 Released New Notification: Check Post, Salary, Age, Qualification and How to Apply

BOB Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor on a contractual basis in fazilka, Bhatinda and Ludhiana Districts, in the Ludhiana Region. As mentioned in the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, there are 04 vacancies for the mentioned position. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.15000 (Fixed Component) and Rs.10000 (Variable Component). The candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment. The maximum age limit for the continuation of BC Supervisor will be 65 years. The candidates should be proficient in reading and writing English and Hindi Language. The retired candidates should be Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) upto the Rank of Chief Manager / equivalent may be appointed for the purpose. Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record. The young candidates should have minimum qualifications and should be graduates with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc (IT)/ BE(IT)/ MCA/ MBA will be given preference.

According to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be on a contractual basis for a period of 36 months. The BC Supervisor is paid a conveyance allowance of Rs.2000 per month (Fixed). As per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the BC Supervisor will be engaged by concerned Regional Offices for monitoring the performance of field BCs. The evaluation of the BC supervisors will be carried out based on their performance on these parameters on a monthly basis and accordingly, variable remuneration will be paid to BC supervisors. According to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is different for Retired Bank Employees and Young Candidates.

The age limit is as mentioned below:

For Retired Bank Employees:

The maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

The candidates should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment.

Experience Required for BOB Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2023, all retired bank employees applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 03 years and Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/ RRB/ Private Banks/ Co-operative Banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager/ equivalent.
