In accordance with the official notification of TNSTC Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s minimum educational qualifications are mentioned below:

For Graduate Apprentices-

• Candidate should have a Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) with 1st class granted by a Statutory University in a relevant discipline.
• Candidate should have a Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full-time) with 1st Class granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
• Candidate should have the graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices-

• Candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full-time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
• Candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full-time) granted by a University in a relevant discipline.
• Candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

For Non- Engineering Graduate Apprentices- 

• Candidate should have a Degree in Arts/Commerce/Humanities as B A /BSC/B.COM/BBA ETC, (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory University / Deemed University in relevant discipline. – UGC approved.

Salary for TNSTC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of TNSTC Recruitment 2023, the eligible candidate of the graduate will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.9000 and the candidates of the Diploma will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.8000.

Tenure for TNSTC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of TNSTC Recruitment 2023, the person nominated will be appointed for a period of 01 year as per the Apprenticeship Act.
