Roles and Responsibility:

• Review all new products and technologies to determine export capability and license requirements.
• Provides import and export product classifications, adhering to US and regional regulations.
• Submits appropriate import/export license requests and ensures strict adherence to license requirements.
• Ensures accurate country of origin is provided in international transactions and trade programs.
• Maintains all classification records per established local recordkeeping regulations.

Essential Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of export and import (ECCN and HS) classification particularly around categories 3,4 and 5 of the ECCN and Chapter 84 of the HS system.
• Understanding of export-import regulations and ability to ensure compliance
• High level of attention to detail for accurate classification and documentation
• Strong, data-gathering and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Must have Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or similar experience..
