For Project Director/ Project Leader/ Project Coordinator (Civil)-

• Candidates Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.

For Dy. Project Director/ Dy. Project Leader ( Civil/ Track)-

• Candidates Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognized a Institution or equivalent.

For Sr. Contract Expert System-

• Candidates Graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from recognized a Institution or equivalent.

For Chief Resident Engineer for Viaduct and Stations package C1-

• Candidate Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.

For Chief Project Manager (systems)/System Integrator/ Interface Manager-

• Candidate Graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.

For System Integrated Testing and Commission and Engineer-

• Candidate graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.

Experience for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the required experience is given below:

For Project Director/ Project Leader/ Project Coordinator (Civil)-

• Candidate should have a minimum post-qualification experience of 27 years in rail-related/ major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 9 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is defined as Overall management, Planning, design, testing and commissioning of different elements of the project including statutory obligations, safety rules, maintenance requirements, checking of designs, acceptance etc. in Metro/ Railways.

For Dy. Project Director/ Dy. Project Leader ( Civil/ Track)-

• Candidates should have a minimum post-qualification experience of 26 years in rail-related/ major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 7 years should be in a relevant field. Relevant Experience is defined as Experience in Metro/ Railway, etc. Viaduct construction or pressurised bridges/flyover experience.

For Sr. Contract Expert System-

• Candidate minimum should have post-qualification experience of 15 years in rail-related/major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 5 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is defined as Experience in Metro/Railways/Govt/ PSU.

For Chief Resident Engineer for Viaduct and Stations package C1-

• Candidates minimum should have post-qualification experience of 23 years in rail-related/ major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 7 years should be in assignment relevant field. Assignment-relevant experience is defined as Experience in Metro/ Railways/ Metro Viaduct/ Station Construction or pre-stressed bridges/ flyovers in Railways.

Age Limit for RITES Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s maximum age limit for the mentioned position shall be 63 years as of 01-09-2023.

Remuneration for RITES Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates will be paid a negotiable remuneration to be decided as per the policy of the company on approval of CV by clients.

Tenure for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be purely on a contractual basis initially for 01 year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The actual deployment will be subject to approval of the client.
