NHAI Recruitment 2023: The Nationals Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is recruiting candidates for the post of Chief General Manager (Administration and Human Resources) on a Deputation basis. According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the maximum age for the above-mentioned post is 56 years. Candidate should have at least 05 years of working experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.
There is only 01 vacancy available. As given in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, aspirants will be appointed for a period of 03 years which may be extended for another 01 year with the Chairman, NHAI. Candidates will be paid up to Rs.218200 per month with a Grade Pay of Rs.10000 as per NHAI Recruitment 2023. Candidates will be selected through Search-cum-Selection Committee by deputation. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is seeking Deputation applicants for the position of Chief General Manager (Administration and Human Resources). There is only 01 available position.
The period of deputation shall ordinarily be 03 years, which may be extended for another 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI. Furthermore, extensions beyond the fourth year and up to a maximum of 10 years must be approved by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.
According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, the ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in administration, establishment, human resources, or personnel management.
Candidates applying for the NHAI Recruitment 2023 must have degree from a reputable university/institute.
As given in the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, would be paid monthly in PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with Grade Pay Rs.10000 (pre-revised), which is equivalent to Pay Level-14 (Rs.144200-218200) of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC.
