In accordance with the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be engaged on contract/deputation/re-employment basis.
On a Deputation basis- The appointment is for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
On a Contract basis- The appointment is for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
On a Re-employment basis- The appointment is for 1 year extendable on the basis of requirement or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.

Domain-System/Sub-Domain- PSD in Deputy General Manager- Candidate should have a B.E. B. Tech. in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics/Electronics/ Mechanical from a Govt. recognized Institute University.
Experience-
Domain-System/ Sub-Domain-Network Administration in Assistant Manager- The applicant must have B.E./B. Tech. in Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication /Electronics and Communication/ Computer Science Information Technology or B.Sc in Computer Science from a Govt recognized Institute University.
Experience-
Domain-System/ Sub-Domain-Security in Assistant Manager- Candidate should hold a Graduate from a recognised University/ Institute.
