• Scientific Officer for Regional Forensic Science Laboratories at Silchar, Bongaigaon, Tezpur and Dibrugarh – 12 Vacancies
• Junior Scientific Officer for Mobile Forensic Laboratories – 07 vacancies

Age Limit for APSC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of APSC Recruitment 2023, the candidate should have a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 38 years as of the date of 01.01.2023.

Qualification for APSC Recruitment 2023:

For Scientific Officer for the Directorate of Forensic Science, Guwahati-

• The candidates must have M.Sc. in Chemistry or M.Sc. in Physics or M.Sc. in Forensic Science with a Chemistry/ Physics specialisation from a recognised university.

For Scientific Officer for Regional Forensic Science Laboratories at Silchar, Bongaigaon, Tezpur and Dibrugarh-

• The candidate must possess M.Sc. in Physics with Electronics or M.Sc. in Electronics or M.Sc. in Instrumentation or M.Sc. in Forensic Science with a specialisation in Physics with Electronics/ Electronics/ Instrumentation from a recognised institution.

For Junior Scientific Officer for Mobile Forensic Laboratories-

• The candidates should have an M.Sc. in Physics or an M.Sc. in Forensic Science with a Physics specialisation from a recognised university.

Salary for APSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of APSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of up to Rs.110000.
